Benzoyl peroxide can come in 2%, 2.5%, 5%, and 10% strengths. More are probably available, but these are the most popular. In the beginning, the one that worked best for me was the 10% kind, and I still recommend it for heavy acne. However, I’ve worked down to a 2.5% benzoyl peroxide solution.
Use a Loofah. Since your back is a hard to reach area, the use of a loofah is very helpful. Loofah can actually make a good exfoliating scrub when you are taking a shower.
