   1) If you catch it on the “lump” stage, wipe face with wet towel/rag. Than use rock-salt mixed with hot-water, NOT boiling water, than soak rag in salt-water, wipe down face, towel dry, than next, soak rag with salt-water, and leave on face for 2-minutes, than air-dry.

   2) If its already erupting, bust the damn pimple, squeeze out ALL the gook till blood shows, wipe pimple with wet rag, than apply 1 or 2 rock-salts individually on pimple crater or mound, for an hour plus, to suck up dirt/oil.

   If there’s no EVIDENCE, then why doesn’t the doctor “Seeker of KNowledge on Health” do his own tests to either support or dismiss this treatment.
   I think it works because 1) it keeps air off the pimple and so it can’t breath and maybe bacteria die 2) the paste absorbs the oil on the face or at least the oil washes off with the paste 3) FACT: toothpaste dries the skin. Once I went overboard using toothpaste everyday and my skin became very dry.

   cont. Soo, if ur skin is not too sensitive use it but not too much. Like 3 times a week maybe and leave it on overnight. Remember to wash your pillow case often too.

   toothpaste shouldnt be used as a nightyl pimple cream all the time cuz it dries skin out bad
   but if theres a party the next day and u need it gone fast toothpaste is just the thing

    Toothpaste works !!!
    I use Colgate toothpaste with 12 hour antibacterial protection.
    Doctors will give you only something that dont work and it cost lot of money.
    Toothpaste cost 2 dollars

    yeah I think it’s better to use the plain white ones. Not the ones with the balls. That’s what I do. And it works ok. Not that great. And your english is great! I didn’t know until you said something(:

    and for anyone reading,
    TOOTHPASTE WORKS! atleast for me…I have normal skin, but a little oily in some spots…
    I use colgate, (not gel) and I put it on an half an hour before bed, then wash it off. Try it anyways! see how it works out for you!

    i’m not sure if I should use toothpaste.. I heard that if you use it on sensitive skin that it gives you dry skin.. should I try it?

    It really works! It cured my acne of 9 years! Get Crest with Scope- – its a blue paste–not gel–but the regular blue paste. Dont listen to that Science b.s. Fuc* all them technical terms Use that sh*t (toothpaste) everynight, go to sleep with the toothpaste spread all over the bumps and pimples everynight for about 2 weeks and you will be cured man!
