Hope this helps. People have different skin, so this may or may not work for you. this worked for me. It may not go away very fast but this may just reduce the size.

3 Steps in your fight to clear your acne, I hope this helps you! 1. Diet – always opt for a healthier option, choose salads and wholemeal carbs, eat green, lean protein like turkey or chicken, drink lots of water NOT soda, stay away from fast food, try to stay away from candy ( i know its hard! ) and just eat balanced meals and try and eat more at the begining of the day than at the end of your day that way your body can digest the food while your active not asleep! 2. Exercise – try and get your heat beat up by running, fast walking, or if you like the gym then great! swimming is great too as it works all your muscles! 3. Skin Care – try and stay away from harsh chemicals and prodcuts that dry your face out even if you have the oilest skin in the world this is not good, opt for a lighter gentler skin product, remember always use a moisturiser and cleanse and moisturise twice a day as this will keep the skin in the best condition!
