You can purchase it at health food stores or find it online. Rose Petal Steam – 2L of water + cup(or hand full) of dried rose petals. Bring the mix to a boil and put your face over the pot about 1-2ft away and drape a towel over your head to prevent the steam from escaping. Sit in the “hut” for about 5 minutes or until you feel beads of steam+sweat rolling down your face. This opens up the pores and softens the dirt deep down in your pores. Follow by a gentle scrub and a cold water rinse. Oatmeal Scrub – grind up plain oatmeal to make a powder and use as a scrub. This moisturizes your face while gently scrubbing away old, dull skin cells. Great to put nutrition and needed minerals into your skin.
