I am prone to acne due to very oily skin, and while not exactly a scientific test my skin completely cleared up with the combination of going on a very low-carb (started off actual atkins) diet with zero fruit but high fiber low-carb greens (celery, cucumber, salads) along with running on the treadmill three times a week and weight lifting two times a week, and my skin really cleared up. The odd thing is that the frequent exercise meant I was sweating heavily, yet skin was very clear. *dunno*
i think the sweat “washes” out the pores
I drink like half a liter of soda a day and i have bad back acne but not a single zit on my face… back acne is much harder to cure because it is hard to reach.

take a bath in epsom salt
trust me if you eat a salad everyday your skin will clear up, i have started eating salad everyday and my skin is really getting better.

I get acne if I eat nuts. I have very little acne but when I eat nuts I get more. They day after I had eaten a handful of almonds I got a white zit on my stomach.
Not funny. Its true. Maybe you wrote haha instead of No shit Sherlock. Cause its pretty obvious that if you don’t want to get acne that you should get fruits and vegetables and avoid unhealthy fats like in chocolate that has a lot of sugar, fries and chips Etc.

@cenyan13 Milk contains a bunch of added hormones that effects your body internally. Those hormones can effect your skins oil glands and really aggravate your acne. Google, read up.
