i have acne and i use this scrub morning and at night and my face now is pretty much clear i have been using this product for almost a year and best product yet i have ever used
2% salicylic acid is not a small amount. In fact, I don’t think there are any over the counter products that have more than 2% salicylic acid.
The other active ingredient used for treating acne is benzoyl peroxide, and the over the counter stuff goes as high as 10%.
my dermatologist recommended using salicylic acid in the morning (after toning, before moistorizing) and benzoyl peroxide at night (again after toning, before moistorizing) and it works so far.
I’ve been using this scrub with all Nuetrogena products for my regimen for 3 years now and it’ the only thing that works..i love it and will never ive up my regimen with all my Neutrogena products! :0)

@framing17 using the product i have nearly no acne but without it i have like 20 pimples or more at a time its a little more aggressive then mild acne

i’m bought the neutrogena acne stress contro ‘power clean wash’ but have no idea how to use it. First, I wash my face with other washing cream, then apply the aforesaid to my face, massage and then wash it off. Is it the correct procedure?
After using for 2 weeks, I found my skin is fresh and more comfortable. The same kind of product if manufacture by other brands, it may cost min. US$50 i guess.

@SuperHurra I think it depends on your skin, it works great on my rather oily skin and I can tell the difference. Also, I think it also depends on the severity of your acne. Some products work for others, some don’t.
@saZzygirl05 actually its clear one is a scrub and the other is a wash..the scrub has tiny beads in it to exfoliate some like that over the regular wash, wish is creamy and thick..thats all..
