can someone tell me is bare minerals powder foundation ok to use on dry skin or does it not work and is only meant for oily skin? im afraid to use it ncase it dries my skin out more or that it doesnt blend in well…
also, sometimes im just too lazy to take my make up off at night, does this make your skin older looking??

You have to wash them when you first get them because the scab and can get kind of oozy.

i use bare minerals but i have kinda oily skin. but ive had those dry patches and noooo u dont want to use bare minrals on dry skin because it will leave dry patches that you can see! buuuut ive lerned that if you but alot of moisturizer before that you cant tell. ive been using bare minrals for 3 years i will never change BUT! breminrals concealer uh uh hate it doesnt work. use mac. rambling byeee

Lorraine, you are my Guru. I use Cetephyl now and I didn’t even know they made an oil free, so next time. Also. forty five here and still break out.Ugh.

Exfoliate, exfoliae, exfoliate the dry patches with something that will add moister. I swear by my Buff Puff every day. I also followed Lorraine and use the Cetephl now. It’s really helping.

i think wearing your makeup at night makes it so that you break out and i don’t think the stuff that is in the makeup is good to sit on your skin overnight. i think it also clogs your pores which isn’t good, you have to let your skin breathe… but i’m not a medical professional, this is just what i’ve heard from my doctor etc.

what is the difference between the cetaphil gentle cleanser and the cetaphil daily cleanser?

Cetaphil Gentle Cleanser is for normal-to-dry skin and it doesn’t lather up because it’s in gel form.
Cetaphil Daily Facial Cleanser is for normal-to-combination skin and it does lather up.

dont listen to the ppl on here that are saying rude or negative things. Just keep making videos because just know that you are very helpful. This is amazing and you helped me so much. My skin is just like yours and its hard to deal with. Salysic acid or benzoyl peroxide dont work for me either. But your skincare regimen is amazing and helped me. I am almost completely clear now. I love you Loraine your awesome! could you do a makeup tutorial? Thanks it would be awesome!

i totally have the same skin. very oily, sensitive , prone to breaking out. and what has worked for me has been s. Ives Apricot scrub, and also clearasil acne cream.

well i was thinking of using cetaphil after using all da crap chemicals nd had a epiphany mabye i should be gentle to my skin and get sumthin gentle so this seems like a good product alot ppl use it… so can you still use spot treatment tho after putin on the lotion??
