umm i got no more pimples cuz i use a combination tho
1. use the clinque anti blemish soap in the shower in the morning ,as well as an acne cleanser while ur in the shower
2. n i have another shower at about 5:00 pm, n do same thing
3. then i apply a topical acne lotion all over my face before goin to bed n then i take the doxilyne tablets prescribed by my docter, which reduces the oil levels in ur skin
if that dunt work then nutin does

i think it depends on each individual. it may work for some while others may need a different type of medication. some may need to work on inside like eating the right kind of food,,,rather than the outside using this medication. i’m not a dermatologist, but hey! just a friendly advise
