Try using really gentle cleansers and stuff, even if you don’t think you have sensitive skin – you may. Also, never use plain soap on your face and don’t touch your face (even for washing) until you’ve washed your hands with antibacterial soap.

I read somewhere that eating apples for 3 days, and eating nothing but, gets rid of them.
You crap like hell though, but thats your body clearing all the shit out of your body =)
