the toothpaste contains baking soda. you are better off using baking soda instead of toothpase. Use the baking soda as a face mask for at least 5 mins. This is not the solution for most people. It will compliment an acne regimene. I used the hydrogen peroxide then baking soda, then whatever benzoyl or salicylic acid.
the problem with me is the NOT POPPING OR TOUCHING YOUR FACE part….how can one leave a big ol’ pussfilled pimple on his face?! and i touch my face all the time cuz i wanna know if its still bumpy from the acne…..and yes, yes it is

i stop popping. I stop puttin sugar and milk in my tea. I stop drinkin milk regular and eating icecream. I still treat myself though. Cuz i may start piggin out again esp when i start to graveeeee something sweet. My acne aint so bad ne more. Only thing is… i still have some scars on my face…but they will move in time

just pop your pimple then put toner on it to get rid of the redness. This also prevents the infection from spreading.

i find alot of water helps lol once was sick from school 4 a week and drank HEAPS of water like always had a 2 litre bottle of the stuff with me and i found y skin cleared up real fast but i hadent changed any other habit of mine except i stopped drinking soft drinks aswell haha.
