nice video .. does the cetaphil daily facial cleasner work the same
as long as it’s something that doesn’t irritate or dry out your skin too much, it should suffice. It’s important that you don’t irritate your skin because it’s probably very easily agitated at this point
You seem to wash your face pretty hard or maybe you’re just doing it fast. is it better to do it like you do because when i wash my face i take about 30sec and wash it very gently so i dont know if im doing it wrong? reply please
You should wash it softly for no more than 20-30 seconds. You’re fine. The point is that you don’t want to end up aggravating your skin or stripping it of all it’s nutrients and minerals by washing too hard or long.
are u using cetaphil only?…for how long now,,,i think its working for me…pls tell me the truth RAY…cetaphil is the only product u used ever since..
Well, I do use glue and an exfoliater, but that’s really about it.

I have a question Ray. There’s 2 diff kinds of cataphil. Is it important to choose the rite one?

I just used soap twice a day and my face got almost all clear in 3 days. or 4.
But not my blackheads. But I didn’t have so much acne.

do u use the same cleanser in the am and pm?
@gresia15 I use the same cleanser, it’s just a basic face wash. i used to have to rely heavily on external products like face washes and creams but now a simple face wash suffices. it’s very important that you get the inside of your body fixed so that pimples don’t keep coming back out. check out howtoclearyouracne . com for more details for free
