Get rid of ACNE! What finally cleared my skin.
I have had breakouts for as long as I can remember, so I finally have a system that works for me! I figured I would share it with you guys. Hopefully it’ll help someone else like it helped me. i have acne , always get most of my bumps and zits on my chin area , i use cleansers and spot treatments with salicylic acid and it works to a degree. i have been afraid to try benzoyl peroxide as i hear it really dries the skin. what i found also helps especially with fading of marks and your overall complexion is a series of vitamins such as vitamins A D E C and B complex. also Zinc snd Cod liver oil. it helps me it may not help others. you dont have to try this. its my personal experience.
Salicylic acid does not prevent oily skin… it’s primary purpose is to soften comedones (clogged pores) so that they can be cleaned out more easily.

I dont have real bad acne. Theres this read area on my check bone, its ALWAYS red and irritated. At the moment there are only 2 bumps i feel. but sometimes i wont even have any bumps right there but the skin is still red. and i get the occasional pimple on the chin.
I have the worst sensitive skin on earth. My skin cant stand benzoyl peroxide, neither salicylic acid. and the worst part is, i cant even use mederma. so far i know nobody got reaction with it…but i did. the moment i put it on my skin it itches like hell until i wash them off. Does anybody suggest me a good moisturizer that can fade out my acne scars?
I had A LOT of trouble finding a solution, after a while i found out i was allergic to slysic acid and made it worse. Benzyol peroxide works but not the foam, only the over night cream but you cant go in the sun.
You have sensitive skin and you know that. Honestly, acne scars don’t easily fade. Effective treatments would be laser skin resurfacing and microdermabrasion, laser works best though. I sugest you use foaming gel by Exfoliac twice a day. And acnomega 100 (if the blemishes are mild ) or anomega 200 ( if your blemishes are moderate ) , both by Exfoliac ..every night. Also use a sunblock with an SPF of atleast 15 i.e non-comodogenic which means it won’t clog pores.

to det rid of your acne scars you schould do this:
1 tbs apple cider vinager (NEVER white vinager)
2tbs cooled green tea
8tbs white suger
5tbs honey
mix it all together and rub in your skin for 2 mins. then leave it on your face like a mack for 10-15min do this 1-7 times a week and you will see a BIG differnce in your scares

what do you suggest for me? i have mild acne. i used to have it worse, but now i just get a few on my forehead and chin. around my hairline, it gets really dry after i wash and it makes my makeup look cakey and peely. its gross. i also get it between my eyebrows. i have some scarring. how do you fix the dryness?

I loved this, and you did very well for your first video. I’m gonna buy some of the products you use because I’ve been struggling with acne for as long as I can remember, and it’s seriously getting to a point where I just want to tear my face off….yes, morbid, but…it’s really tough to deal with.
