As said in the video, I suggest using an emollient moisturizer or lotion with Vitamin E at night- your face will repair itself at night. I like Palmers in the winter.
scrubs wont work for active acnes,,,
coz it goes down to your pores and may irritate it…that may worsen it…
scrubs are for acne prevention i think,,, not for healing…
based on my experience…..
yeah since i stop using anything for my face i been breaking out less……i get little break outs from touching my face im trying to figure out wat to do next……..lol
all my friends are like i never see you touch your face before……..lol
hmmm interesting… i have sensitive skin so i cant use clean & clear products & salicylic acid & benzoyl peroxide might completely dry my face out & make it worse so i think i will just use a salicylic acid wash & see how it goes good video though.
Also, great video… I’ve been following this entire regimen basically for the past four days excluding the apricot scrub and using olive oil/honey instead of the lotion. It seems to be working great! Something tells me you know what you’re talking about with the cleanse/treat/moisturize pattern!
One more thing: I just got a subscription for Epiduo. Any thoughts on this medication?

1. african black soap( deep cleans & unblocks pores)
2. raw shea butter (moisurizer & high in vitiman A)
3. tea tree oil for acne flare ups.

i thought if you add benzolly and salisedic acid (whatever the name is) your face will irritate
I use this all the time…with a moisturizer…it prevents acne well….you are telling people the absolute truth…consistency is the key…..
why does no one who makes videos ACTUALLY have the pimples???? How can they know what theyre talking about if they do’nt have it…geeze
Maybe they themselves do the same things they tell you to do?
Maybe they did that stuff to get rid of THEIR acne.

Why is Noxzema in the tags? I’m not sure if you mentioned it, because it’s what I’m using to some avail (hard to tell).
Not sure why– noxzema is favored by many people though, typically baby boomers.
