acne is not caused by dirt. people with acne probably clean thier face more than anybody…i think THAT is the myth. lol
acne is not caused by dirt, is caused by a bacteria and some people are prone to it, runs in families more often and gets worse eating iodine salted foods like fast food, mexican, chinese, canned food, diary products, kelp, peanuts, etc…
and the so called recreational drugs as: cocaine, crack, smoking marihuana, Also, avoid stress, sleep 7 or 8 hrs a day, avoid stress do wathever it takes, practice meditation etc. and many more things but there’s no enough space here. From a Paramedical Esthetician and Nurse. Take care

You might want to try this instead:
totally – Its more likely excessive production of sebum/oil which can worsen cos people with acne often freak out and wash their face too much, and their face gets dry and the body pumps out more oils!.. been there done that
but, yeah, not dirt ok!
dirt doesn’t cause acne most acne is hormonal and by picking them the bacteria around the the pimples/spots can spread round your face and dirty hands doesn’t help but dirt alone does not cause acne at all

This video is stupid. Dirt going into the skin is not resulting in acne. Its bacterial buildup when the sebum cannot release out of the pores.Keeping fingers off the face helps because bacteria lie under the fingernail.

Just wanted to add that there is no definite reason for acne because scientist don’t fully know why some people’s pores clog and others don’t or is less severe.

i understand you’re point, but i’d really like to see more stuff to back it up, please be more in depth. i didn’t know why you recommended the ingredients you did and how things besides dirt, like heredity, affect skin health. please explain how dirt creates acne and the process of prevention more

yeah its true. people have different pore sizes. My sis, born with tighter pores has hardly ever had a pimple in her life. I ended with bigger pores and i have lots of black heads. Keeping skin clean is your best defence. pore sizes will never shrink but they do look tighter if they are cleaned every night. heat expands skin so to clean them really well use cold water because skin shrivels the pores are not pushed together. BIG zits using acids r your best bet. arent we all right?
