here’s my question: what are hynopathetic remedies
and dont get a supplement with kelp in it
you sound like a new age skin care hippe in a good way
2:30 – Hmmm. Was that the case? Because you said that a month or so after the oliveoil+castor oil cleanse method, your skin got as oily as mine, and that might have been the cause. Does this mean that the OCM work as it should have and didn’t contribute to that extra oily skin you had recently?
Oh, you look amazing btw. =) Your skin almost makes me slightly angry with jealousy.
thk you fran. It really help me knowing that taking supplements doesnt help. I just take two a day. so I dont think It would hurt. But I do want to have professional help so I can have a better view.
Thks. YOu look great. I myself got skinner 2
My dermatologist put me on prescription Nicomide, which is nicotinamide (a B vitamin), zinc, copper and folic acid. I’ve suffered for more than 5 years with hormonal acne, and after taking one tablet a day for two months I can say all but a couple of my whiteheads are gone. It’s very effective for skin inflammation. Check it out if you’re looking for a vitamin to help cure your acne.
Is there something that can reduce skin redness? My face is the only place where my skin is red.
Hi. Fran. Will you make a video of your current skincare regimen?
Whats the best way to fade acne scars??
LOL, I love that!
hello, I know this question is not really related to your video but, I was wondering if you could talk about how sleeping and getting enough rest is good for the skin. Thankyou
@AshleyKScott
When did you start to see improvement?
Iv been taking vitamin b complex, zinc and propoils for almost 4 weeks and my acne hasn’t been getting better at all!
@TigiBecky I don’t remember but I saw gradual improvement over two months. Acne has multiple causes. For instance, my skin was doing pretty well for a while, but I stopped my birth control pill and I broke out on my shoulders within a week or two. Never had back acne before. BC changed my hormones. There are so many factors that play a role, and it’s hard to tell what’s causing yours. Hormones are the #1 contributor IMO. I don’t recommend antibiotics because they screw up your whole body.
@TigiBecky I’ve started using grapeseed oil and a muslin to clean my face, and I use tea tree oil on my back every night, patiently waiting for it to clear up. Being gentle with your skin is the best way to get the most from it. The Dr. also gave me Benzaclin but I don’t use it (too harsh and drying). Try some of Fran’s diet advice, get away from harsh scrubs and chemicals, basically eliminating possible causes. It’s likely a combo of many things.
Sorry about the long reply but I thought I should also mention I have PCOS and hypothyroidism which are major parts of my skin trouble. Also, you should know even if you do use natural supplements/herbs they can disrupt hormonal balance just as much as a prescription. Finally, WATER is your skin’s best friend! Drink those 8 glasses a day and I will be surprised if it doesn’t help a lot. Fran’s other advice about cutting out carbs and sugars is also great general diet advice, also good for skin.
it can hurt the wallet. lol
