ive got the same fuckin problem im 16 and my body is built, but im scared to take my shirt off in front of the ladies or when i go swimming = (
i know this may sound weird but the way i got rid of mine was using some soap called dove
dude i have the same prob i have a bunch on my back and chest and my gf wants me to go swimming i have to make up excuses:/

Dam i hate the acne i got on my chest.. it looks REally ugly :O
Here’s a few things which helped me:
1).Shower twice a day (obvious) with soap.
2).Drink loads of water & eat loads of fruit.
3).Avoid dairy products like the plague and high fat foods.
4).Start by using a 2% Benzoyl peroxide cream every night straight after the shower, then up to the 5% after your skin’s used to that up it again to 10%. (This is avalible at your local chemist).
5).Continue till all acne is gone.

Sea water really makes acne dry..u shuld go swimming more often..if ur embarressed just go in a time whr there arent much ppl arnd or select a free spot..don stress over it or else it will never go away…personal experience
I can’t go swimming either. I have a fuckin farmers tan because I won’t take my shirt off. And I’m half asian for christsake so I look retarded.
I feel you. Same here. Minus the girlfriend. I’ll be honest I don’t hit on women because I’m afraid they think I’m creepy with my scarred face. It’s always people with clear skin telling me how to cure it. They just don’t understand.
I use Ivory. It doesn’t clear it up but I do think milder soaps help. Infact Ivory seems to work better than the acne soaps.
Just don’t pick at your shoulders. I did that as a teenager and now I have raised scars all over my shoulders. Trust me.
ugh I have pimples all over my back and chest. When I change in the locker rooms in school, I try to change quickly to hide them.

I’ve had severe acne since about 13 (it’s hereditary) and I’m almost 30. There’s a huge difference between people who get a few zits and people who suffer from it no matter what. I’ve tried it all. And like the common cold, there is no cure. You can only treat it. No I’ve never considered that fact because most people never go what we go through starting at puberty. I just don’t like it when people who DON’T have acne try to tell me how to get rid of it, not knowing how hard it is.

really? i tried that a couple times but i havent used dove soap to my back all the time
