ive been doing this for about a week and im noticing a BIG difference
DO NOT try benzoyl peroxide! without trying natural methods first that is, BP made my skin really oily not to mention that when you drop it your skin will be more sensitive for a while and more acne prone than before.

Acne cannot B cured from the outside. In order of poisoning effect, do not put the following items in or on your body.
Oils
Dairy
Fats
Chemicals (including drugs)
many types of veggies (contact me if interested).
Usually, simply eliminating oil will fix it. This includes N E item with oil as an ingredient. This means of course that U must prepare your own food from scratch & cannot eat out ever again. It’s up 2 U – look like a hideous Walmart zombie, or look sleek & healthy. Discipline

i have been using the baking soda method for 2 weeks now kinda i mixed it with my cetaphil instead of water and its not really helping with the acne but it does help with the hyperpigmentation… its good with blackheads too
I make a mask of baking soda for 20 minutes every day. I started taking Omega 3s and Aloe Vera along with eating two apples in addition to two cups of leafy greens. All of that has made a HUGE difference where doctor’s treatments have not. Baking soda WORKS along with small diet changes in as little as a week with me. I am so thankful I discovered this!!!!
